My mom asked what a producer does.

If you know anything about being a producer, you understand how difficult it can be to share your body of work. I didn’t take the photos, I didn’t direct the commercial. I managed the logistics of getting all the right people in the right place for the right cost to get someone’s vision made.

Producing is logistics and problem solving, but it’s also investing in people—directors, photographers, brand managers and every crew member that steps on set. Every project represents countless unseen decisions, wins, losses, late-night texts, and compromises to make something out of nothing. Behind every finished project is a thousand messy moments no one ever sees.
